Session Abstract
Too many good products become bloated, fragmented, directionless, and driven by irrelevant metrics. They catch common product diseases even when we’re doing all the right things: iterating quickly to find product-market fit.
This workshop challenges the universal truths we’ve learned as product leaders. You’ll learn about the common product diseases that kill innovation and how you can build radical products to avoid them. You’ll start by redefining your product as a vehicle to create the change you envision. You’ll craft a compelling vision statement and develop a visual approach to prioritization that will help your team make decisions aligned with your collective goal even when you’re not around.
