This week on Product Love, I talked with Prince Kohli, the chief technology officer at Automation Anywhere. Automation Anywhere is a developer of robotic process automation software, which employs software bots to complete business processes. In this week’s episode, we talked about automation, product-market fit, and digital transformation. The younger generations have grown up with laptops and iPhones—they’re less likely to want to do tasks, manual or otherwise, that computers be programmed to do on their own, so that’s where automation comes to play. We also talked about how digital transformation is ramping up in the current climate and how companies must turn digital in order to survive in these changing times. Prince also shares some of his experiences as a VP at companies like Ericsson and Citrix.
