This week on the Product Love podcast, we share the audio from a video interview I did with Alok Pareek in San Francisco in February. Alok is an old friend, and now the founder and EVP of products at Striim. He’s one of the most product leaders I know, and he brings a unique perspective on what it takes to build products that last. He talked about what rituals and cultural customs can teach us about building tech products that stick.

We also talked about what Alok looks for in a product manager (passion, a questioning character, and ethics), advice for young PMs, and the difference between product management at large companies versus startups.
