“Product managers and product teams are the future business people of the world!”

That’s how Brian Crofts wrapped up the State of Product Leadership Panel at Pendomonium in March. Brian moderated our panel, which  included: Kirsten Butzow (Pragmatic Marketing), Paul McAvinchey (ProductCollective), and Jake Sorofman (Pendo). The four discussed the results of the State of Product Leadership Survey, and what it reveals about the current state of product teams: how they work, who they work for, and how they’re measured, as well as how key trends will shape product leadership moving forward.
