Matt Thackston

Matt is a Senior Product Manager at Emma, where he has worked for the past 11 years. In that time, he's helped Emma grow from a 20-person startup to a major player in the email service provider market. He believes product management is at its best when it is focused on customer problems rather than solutions. Matt lives in Nashville, TN with his wife and daughter. He loves craft beer, UNC basketball and the Coen Brothers.
